Applied Technical Services, Inc. (ATS) is seeking an Account Manager to grow the Inspection business in NDT, Mechanical Integrity, and Reliability Services in the Greenville region. You will partner with operations leadership to deliver high-value services to clients.

The role focuses on revenue growth, CRM-based opportunity management, and building executive-level client relationships while coordinating with field teams and supporting bid responses. Travel 50–80% is required.

Qualifications

• CRM experience in managing customer opportunities and pipeline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain profitable revenue streams in ATS's Inspection services.
• Utilize CRM to document opportunities, quotes, and touchpoints.
• Forecast revenues by maintaining a robust pipeline in CRM.
• Build relationships with C-suite and mid-level clients to position ATS as a long-term partner.
• Coordinate with operations to align bids and schedule client needs.
