Job summary

Applied Technical Services, LLC (ATS) is seeking an Account Manager to grow our Inspection business in NDT, Mechanical Integrity, and Reliability Services. This remote role supports Phoenix, AZ and requires travel 50-80% within the region.

You will align with operations leadership to deliver services and maintain profitable revenue streams. The candidate should have 3+ years in NDT or related fields, strong CRM skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years commercial experience.
• 3 years in NDT, Mechanical Integrity, or Reliability Service.
• CRM experience in Salesforce or Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Achieve year-over-year revenue growth targets.
• Maintain pipeline in CRM and forecast future revenues.
• Establish relationships with C-Suite and mid-level management.
• Collaborate with operations on bid responses and scheduling.
• Prospect for new business opportunities for all inspection departments.
