Qualifications

• 3+ years administrative or client management experience; healthcare/claims experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Health Benefits and Self-Funded plans is a strong plus.
• Proven excellence in supporting and servicing complex clients.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client inquiries about the Lumelight analytics platform.
• Support questions related to stop loss tracking, plan financials, and claim reporting.
• Assist with workflows pulling and securely delivering Lumelight data.
• Lead software testing of Lumelight systems during releases.
• Lead projects and coordinate communication for adding groups to Lumelight.
• QA new groups by comparing customer data to Lumelight data after setup.
• Provide SME guidance in analytics or health insurance knowledge.
