Job summary

Lumelight is hiring an Account Manager-Claims Reporting to be the primary contact for clients using our health insurance analytics platform. You will provide timely, accurate, and empathetic support for account inquiries while ensuring PHI handling and HIPAA compliance.

The role demands strong communication, healthcare insurance process understanding, and business analytics, with experience in CRM systems and MS Office to support client workflows and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of admin or client management experience, preferably in healthcare/claims processing.
• Employee Benefit and Self-Funded Health Plan insurance knowledge is a strong plus.
• Health care related or prior claims auditing experience is a plus.
• Ability to review client plan documents, audit findings and responses to understand benefit administration.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to resolve inquiries about Lumelight analytics platform.
• Support questions related to stop loss tracking, plan financial tracking and projection, claim reporting, and chronic condition reporting.
• Assist customer workflows in pulling and securely delivering Lumelight data.
• Lead software testing of Lumelight system during releases.
• Lead projects by facilitating communication for customers adding groups to Lumelight.
• QA new groups by comparing customer data against Lumelight data post setup.
• Provide SME in analytics or health insurance knowledge.
