Job summary

Lumelight, LLC seeks an Account Manager-Claims Reporting to deliver superior client service for a health insurance analytics platform. You will be the primary contact, handling inquiries and guiding customers through analytics, reporting, and data delivery while maintaining HIPAA compliance and strong data security practices.

The role requires healthcare/claims knowledge, solid CRM skills, and the ability to coordinate across teams and releases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years administrative or client management experience, preferably in healthcare/claims.
• Experience with health insurance knowledge is a strong plus.
• Ability to review plan documentation, audit findings and provider responses.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients using the Lumelight analytics platform.
• Address inquiries related to stop loss tracking, plan financial tracking, and claim reporting.
• Pull and securely deliver Lumelight data to support customer workflows.
• Lead software testing of Lumelight system during releases.
• Facilitate communication for customers adding groups to Lumelight.
• QA newly implemented groups comparing customer data to Lumelight data post setup.
• Provide SME in analytics or health insurance knowledge to the team.
