Job summary

Coface is seeking an Account Manager to retain and grow relationships with key clients and intermediaries, maximizing revenue and retention. You will act as a product reference and a problem solver for Coface’s prospects and clients.

This is a remote position with candidates residing in the Eastern or Central Time Zones preferred. You will negotiate, develop strategies, and collaborate across teams to ensure excellent service and renewal success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least three (3) years of administrative experience in a credit insurance, banking, claims, or factoring organization would be beneficial.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications: Outlook, Word, Excel.
• P&C Insurance license a plus, or ability to pass licensing course 60 days from hire date.

Responsibilities

• Builds strong customer relationships through regular and proactive communication with clients and intermediaries.
• Prepares and presents sales proposals/renewal offers to deliver renewal revenue and maximize profitability.
• Demonstrates Coface offerings to clients and develops cross-selling strategies.
