Job summary

Coface is seeking an Account Manager to retain and grow relationships with key clients and intermediaries. You will negotiate, propose pricing, and manage renewals while delivering revenue growth. This is a remote role preferred for candidates in the Eastern or Central Time Zones.

Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and presenting tailored coverage options. A licensing path or prior P&C exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Builds strong customer relationships through regular and proactive communication.
• Prepares and present sales proposals/renewal offers to deliver renewal revenue.
• Develops and executes cross selling strategies to Coface’s existing clients.
• Forecasts and tracks client account metrics.
• Coordinates with staff members to ensure consistent service.
• Collaborates with sales team to reach prospective clients.
• Services multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines.
