Job summary

Inspira Financial is seeking an Account Manager to develop and maintain strong client relationships within the CDB Client Services Department. You will serve as the main contact for client questions and collaborate with brokers and consultants to achieve renewal and growth objectives.

You will identify issues, propose solutions, and work across teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service efficiencies.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Account Management or Sales experience in Healthcare.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop mutually rewarding working relationships with client contacts to ensure renewal and retention.
• Follow through on outstanding issues to the point of resolution.
• Offer creative product and service solutions to address client’s evolving needs.
• Monitor on-going basis client product lines and services to ensure client’s needs are met.
• Execute tactical components of the account team’s business plan for customer.
• Identify client-specific issues and lead resolution with other areas.
• Collaborate with account team and support areas on more complex issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and monitor service efficiencies and guarantees.
• Coordinate case installations to ensure smooth integration.
• Review client KPIs and identify opportunities for plan changes and efficiencies.
