Job summary

Coface is seeking an Account Manager to maintain and grow relationships with key clients and intermediaries. This remote role supports clients in the Eastern or Central Time Zones, handling negotiations and strategy to maximize revenue and retention.

As the primary contact, you will present renewal offers, develop cross-selling opportunities, and ensure consistent service across multiple accounts while aligning with Coface solutions and pricing tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least three (3) years of administrative experience in a credit insurance, banking, claims, or factoring organization would be beneficial.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications: Outlook, Word, Excel.
• P&C Insurance license a plus, or ability to pass licensing course 60 days from hire date.

Responsibilities

• Builds strong customer relationships through regular and proactive communication using various media and collaborative tools.
• Responds swiftly and appropriately to questions and concerns from clients and their intermediaries.
• Prices quotes with commercial and risk underwriters who will structure and decided commercial terms.
• Acts as a central point of contact for the client and/or its intermediaries.
• Prepares and presents sales proposals/renewal offers to deliver renewal revenue and achieve maximum sales profitability.
