One Call seeks an Account Manager to manage relationships with clients, drive revenue growth, and align service delivery with One Call's strategy. You will support the Strategic Account Executive in ongoing service delivery and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales or equivalent experience required; 5 years or more preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities with executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client retention and develop/executing account plans to drive revenue growth.
• Demonstrate product knowledge including solutions and markets.
• Leverage client data to reinforce One Call value proposition.
• Forecast sales accurately and timely.
• Develop relationships with buyers and internal stakeholders to drive revenue.
• Ensure accurate CRM content and maintain knowledge of products and services.
• Identify at-risk business and mitigate challenges.
• Comply with security and training requirements for government clients when applicable.
