Job summary

One Call is seeking an Account Manager in Minnesota to nurture client relationships, drive revenue, and align our services with client needs. You will work with executive and desk-level buyers, forecast opportunities, and protect account retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum 3 years of sales or related experience.
• 5+ years preferred.
• Strong client relationship management.
• Knowledge of workers' compensation industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Retain clients and develop account plans to drive revenue.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and solutions.
• Leverage data to reinforce One Call value proposition.
• Forecast sales accurately and manage opportunities.
• Build relationships with buyers and influencers.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy.
• Travel up to 50% for client meetings.
• If serving federal contracts, obtain required security clearance and annual training.
