One Call in Des Moines, IA is seeking an Account Manager to nurture client relationships, drive revenue, and align with One Call's strategy. You will use your sales experience to retain accounts and expand services, while collaborating with Executive teams to deliver value.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5+ years in sales, plus solid knowledge of workers' compensation and CRM tools. Remote-first with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of sales or equivalent experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Good understanding of One Call products and services.
• General knowledge of workers' compensation industry.
• Clear, professional communication to all audiences including executives.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Retain clients and develop account plans to grow revenue.
• Demonstrate product knowledge of solutions and services for clients.
• Leverage client data to reinforce One Call value proposition.
• Forecast sales accurately and maintain client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams and executives on service delivery.
