Job summary

One Call is actively seeking an Account Manager to nurture client relationships and drive revenue growth with current and new clients in a remote-enabled capacity.

You will manage accounts, coordinate with Strategic Account Executives, and ensure alignment with corporate strategy while delivering excellent service and value. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in sales are required, with 5+ years preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales or equivalent experience; 5 years preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and data analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client relationships and develop account plans to drive revenue.
• Sell products and services to One Call clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and expand accounts.
