Job summary

Envista is seeking an Account Manager to own and grow an established book of business within a remote, customer-facing role. You will drive service contract enrollments, renewals, and new opportunities by maintaining strong customer relationships and coordinating with internal teams across CRM/ERP platforms.

Success requires proactive outreach, problem solving, and the ability to navigate multiple systems while collaborating with field sales and service teams to deliver a seamless customer

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in sales/account management or a customer-facing role with regular outbound communication.
• Experience building and maintaining customer relationships by phone.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer priorities and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned book of business through customer engagement, renewals, and new enrollment opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with customers with regular outbound communication.
• Identify upsell opportunities and coordinate with field sales when appropriate.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers and connect them with product, service, or support resources.
• Maintain accurate account and sales data in CRM/ERP systems and coordinate with internal teams.
