Job summary

One Call is seeking an Account Manager to manage relationships with our clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with One Call’s strategy. You will retain accounts and drive revenue growth while supporting the Strategic Account Executive in ongoing service delivery.

You will develop strong client relationships, forecast sales, and maintain accurate CRM data. The role requires a proactive, collaborative approach and a solid background in sales within the workers' compensation space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, minimum 3 years in sales; 5+ preferred.
• Strong client relationship and retention focus with revenue growth.
• Excellent spoken and written communication; ability to present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Develop account plans and drive revenue growth across accounts.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and update CRM with client data.
• Collaborate with Strategic Account Executives to deliver service and value to clients.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
