Job summary

Essity is seeking an Account Manager to drive distributor enablement across Central/Western PA and Southern Tier NY. You will grow relationships with regional partners, chase new multi-segment opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver profitable growth.

The ideal candidate will live in the territory, travel up to 50% and excel in blended selling with CRM and Office tools. This role offers a remote setup with strong impact on customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Sales or Marketing.
• 3–5 years of sales experience; 2–3 years of account management.
• Experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and MS Teams/Office.
• Strong communication, negotiation and sales skills with ability to influence buyers.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop relationships with distribution partners to drive growth and satisfaction.
• Negotiate with distribution partners and execute joint business plans.
• Translate sales plans into customer activities and monitor progress.
• Build distribution partnerships to achieve goals.
• Provide hygienic solutions to partners and end customers for profit growth.
• Maintain DSR knowledge of Essity products and solutions.
• Engage with segment sales to win end customer opportunities.
• Deliver on sales targets and KPIs with partners.
• Handle day-to-day inquiries and manage CRM pipeline.
• Position TORK as partner of choice with distributors; monitor market trends.
• Develop and manage pipeline through CRM.
