Job summary

Megaport, a global cloud networking leader, seeks an Account Manager to bridge Sales, Tech, and Ops within a pod model. You will coordinate deployments, resolve billing hurdles, and drive growth for international clients on our platform.

You’ll work with Sales Executives and Solution Architects, ensuring accurate CRM and billing data, while identifying expansion opportunities and optimizing the customer journey in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration in sales, product, and operations.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Unblock Sales to keep focus on closing deals.
• Coordinate server deployments and billing resolutions.
• Manage quotes, pricing, and account updates to keep sales moving.
• Identify expansion opportunities and upsell additional services.
• Maintain CRM/Billing data accuracy throughout deployments.
