DoiT is seeking a Scaled Account Manager to join our Account Management team in AMER. This remote role supports customers across North America and focuses on retaining and expanding a diverse SMB and mid-market portfolio.

You will own the commercial relationship, play a central role in customer discovery, and collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Forward Deployed Engineers, and cloud-provider teams to align DoiT’s products with customer priorities and drive durable growth.
