• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active property & casualty (P&C) licensing; CIC designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Technical Competence: Maintain industry knowledge and technical proficiency.
• Team Leadership: Direct daily activities of the account management team.
• Customer Service: Handle service requests, policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Policy Management: Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Renewal Process: Research clients, submissions, negotiate coverages, and present proposals.
• Accounts Receivable: Monitor reports and collect outstanding balances.
