Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues and ensuring accuracy.
• Renewals: manage expirations, prepare submissions, and present proposals.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on delinquent balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms for data accuracy.
