You will coordinate daily administrative tasks and provide top-tier service to policyholders. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in account management or 5+ years in insurance, with an active P&C license (CIC or equivalent preferred), strong analytical and organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of account management experience or 5+ years in insurance industry.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active property & casualty (P&C) licensing; CIC or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business to ensure retention and support new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Renewal management: research clients, submissions, negotiate coverages, and present proposals.
• Monitor accounts receivable and pursue delinquent balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
