Qualifications

• 3–5 years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active property & casualty (P&C) licensing required; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, focusing on retention and growth.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service tasks; resolve complex issues.
• Monitor policy expirations and renewals; support renewal proposals.
• Process accounts receivable and ensure timely collections where needed.
• Maintain agency management systems and ensure data accuracy.
