Job summary

One Call is seeking an Account Manager to nurture client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure alignment with corporate strategy across Corporate and Regional Accounts. You will develop account plans, demonstrate product knowledge, forecast accurately, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize value for our clients while advancing One Call's mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of sales or equivalent experience; 5+ years preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of workers' compensation industry (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Focus on client retention and developing/executing account plans for revenue growth
• Demonstrates product knowledge and understands solutions, markets, and competitive intelligence
• Uses client-facing data to reinforce One Call value proposition
• Maintains accurate CRM data and content for assigned clients
• Develops relationships with buyers and forecasts revenue accurately
