TransUnion is seeking an Account Manager to deliver exceptional experiences for partners and their customers across the client lifecycle, from onboarding through growth and renewal. You’ll collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to drive revenue growth, strengthen relationships, and ensure adoption of identity protection, cyber risk, data breach, and insurance solutions.

Reporting to the Sales Vice President, this remote role may require occasional in-person attendance at events.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years work experience in client management, project management or similar.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Flexible and adaptable with travel up to 20%.
• Experience within the insurance industry, preferably Cyber Insurance/Data Breach/Personal Cyber solutions.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM; bilingual Spanish language skills are a plus.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and regular meetings to drive satisfaction and renewals.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding for small to mid-sized clients ensuring timely delivery against objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate implementation and post-launch activities.
• Oversee client reporting, contract administration, quarterly business reviews, and training materials development.
• Use CRM and reporting tools to identify revenue growth opportunities within existing accounts.
