Job summary

TransUnion is seeking an Account Manager to deliver exceptional experiences for partners from onboarding through growth and renewal. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure successful adoption of identity protection, cyber risk, and data breach solutions.

This remote role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and the ability to manage multiple projects across time zones, with occasional in-person events.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive renewals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Organized, detail oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities.
• Experience across time zones; travel up to 20% as needed.
• Familiarity with insurance or cyber risk solutions is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and regular meetings.
• Serve as primary contact for onboarding projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate requirements and post-launch activities.
• Handle account reporting, contract administration, and renewal processes.
• Use CRM tools to analyze performance and identify growth opportunities.
