TransUnion is seeking an Account Manager to drive exceptional client experiences across the full client lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal. You will partner with clients and internal teams to ensure successful adoption of identity protection and cyber risk solutions, while supporting revenue growth and long-term partnerships.

The role is remote with potential in-person events and up to 20% travel. You will report to the Sales Vice President and collaborate across time zones to deliver

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years work experience in client management or project management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Flexible, able to collaborate across time zones and travel up to 20%.
• Experience within the insurance industry, preferably Cyber Insurance/Data Breach.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM; bilingual Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and ongoing support.
• Serve as the primary contact for implementation projects, managing onboarding for small to mid-sized clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate requirements and monitor post-launch activities.
• Handle client reporting, contract administration, and quarterly business reviews.
• Leverage CRM data to identify revenue growth opportunities within existing accounts.
