Job summary

TransUnion is seeking an Account Manager to oversee remote client management across the client lifecycle, from implementation through growth and retention. You will build strong client relationships, coordinate cross-functionally, and drive revenue opportunities while supporting renewal strategies.

Travel up to 20% may be required. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience along with excellent communication and relationship-building skills is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years work experience in client management, project management or similar.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and long-term renewals.
• Serve as primary client contact for implementation projects and end-to-end onboarding for small to mid-sized clients.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate requirements and monitor post-launch activities.
• Execute key account management duties including client reporting, contract administration, and quarterly business reviews.
