Job summary

TransUnion LLC is seeking an Account Manager to deliver exceptional experiences for partners throughout the client lifecycle, from onboarding to growth and retention. This is a remote position with occasional in-person events at management’s discretion.

You will lead end-to-end onboarding for small to mid-sized clients, maintain strong relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and drive renewals through proactive account management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in client management, project management, or similar.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Willing to travel up to 20% as needed.
• Experience in the insurance industry preferred (Cyber/Data).
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and ongoing support to drive satisfaction, retention, and renewals.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding for small to mid-sized clients and ensure timely delivery against timelines and objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate requirements and post-launch activities for efficient delivery.
• Handle client reporting, contract administration, quarterly business reviews, and training materials creation.
• Use CRM and analytics to identify revenue growth opportunities within accounts and support expansion.
