Job summary

Lumelight, an integrated workplace administration and compliance business, seeks an Account Manager-Claims Reporting to serve as the primary client contact for analytics platform inquiries. The role emphasizes HIPAA compliance, accurate data handling, and strong communication with clients and internal teams.

You will support stop loss tracking, plan financials, claims reporting, and chronic condition reporting, while guiding group additions and performing QA on data post-setup.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience using CRM systems such as SFDC, HubSpot, or Zoho.
• Communicate effectively and efficiently to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Advanced Excel skills with data validation, pivot charts, and macros for troubleshooting.
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook to manage messages and schedule meetings.
• Ability to lead a meeting and inspire confidence in customers.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to resolve inquiries regarding Lumelight analytics platform.
• Support questions related to stop loss tracking, plan financial tracking, and projection, claim reporting, and chronic condition reporting.
• Assist customer workflows that require pulling and securely delivering Lumelight data.
• Lead software testing of Lumelight system through specified scenarios during releases.
• Lead projects by facilitating communication for customers adding groups to Lumelight.
• QA newly implemented groups by comparing customer data against Lumelight data post setup.
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise to the team in analytics or health insurance knowledge.
• Manage multiple questions from various sources and maintain quick resolution.
