Lumen-light? Lumelight is seeking an Account Manager-Claims Reporting to deliver exceptional service for clients using our health insurance analytics platform.

You will be the primary contact, handling PHI with HIPAA-compliant practices, and collaborating with teams to resolve inquiries efficiently. Requires strong communication skills, knowledge of healthcare benefits, and ability to manage multiple client questions while maintaining quick resolutions.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience using CRM systems for customer ticket management.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Advanced Excel skills including data validation, pivot charts, and macros for troubleshooting.
• Experience using Outlook to manage messages, schedule meetings, and set rules.
• Ability to lead meetings and convey confidence to customers.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for customers using Lumelight analytics platform.
• Address inquiries on stop loss tracking, plan financial tracking, claim reporting, and chronic condition reporting.
• Assist with secure data delivery and customer workflows.
• Lead software testing during releases and participate in project communication.
• Provide SME input in analytics or health insurance knowledge.
