Stanley Black & Decker is seeking an Account Manager to lead the Central Texas region from a remote location near Austin. You will drive sales growth, manage budgets, and build relationships with top accounts and dealers across SBDK brands.

You will use Salesforce and PowerBI to optimize performance and collaborate with marketing, training and field teams while traveling within the state as needed.

Formación

• 4-year college degree preferred.
• 3 years of sales experience in industrial products or related complex commercial product sales.
• Understanding and knowledge of IT business systems (BW, Salesforce.com, Tool Commerce) and Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel both in and out of state; focus in Central Texas; ideally based in Austin, Dallas, San Antonio or Houston.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and lead all elements of the Central Texas region.
• Drive region sales growth, profitability, listings and share gains.
• Develop and execute strategic plans leveraging marketing programs and field resources.
• Establish relationships with top accounts and regularly call on dealers in the area.
• Drive sell-through across Stanley Black & Decker brands and BU’s.
• Provide product knowledge support to dealers and end users.
