Stanley Black & Decker in Boise, Idaho is seeking an Account Manager to join our sales team. This remote role focuses on regional sales growth, dealer relationships, and profitable listings across SBDK brands.

You will manage budgets, utilize Salesforce and Power BI, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans. Travel in-state and out-of-state is expected as needed. Competitive compensation includes base salary plus incentives.

Qualifications

• 3 years of sales experience in industrial products or related complex commercial product sales.
• Understanding and knowledge of IT business systems (BW, Salesforce.com, Tool Commerce) and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 4-year college degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel both in and out of state.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead all elements of the region.
• Responsible for region's sales growth, profitability, listings, and share gain.
• Develop and execute strategic plans utilizing marketing programs, field resources, product training, event marketing, and outside sales activities.
• Establish relationships with top accounts and key personnel; regularly call on dealers in assigned area.
• Drive sell-through across SBDK brands and units.
• Provide support to dealers on product knowledge and merchandising.
• Utilize Salesforce and Power BI to drive efficiencies.
