Job summary

FARO Insight seeks an Account Manager to drive sales growth from a home office based in Texas. You will identify opportunities, build client relationships, and deliver tailored demos to new and existing customers across AECO, Geospatial, and Public Safety markets.

The role requires at least 3 years in sales within AECO, CRM proficiency (Salesforce), and an engineering background with CAD experience. Travel within territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years proven and successful track record in sales in AECO markets.
• Experience with CRM, Salesforce.com preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent with 3D CAD exposure.
• Demonstrated ability to identify technical problems and propose solutions.
• Experience with vertical markets such as construction, surveying, architecture, civil engineering, oil & gas, and plant design.
• Experience with Autodesk software for construction (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks).

Responsibilities

• Drives sales growth in the assigned territory by identifying new opportunities and fostering client relationships.
• Utilizes personalized proposals and tailored product demos, onsite or web-based, for new and existing clients.
• Prioritizes customer satisfaction through consultative techniques to increase revenue streams.
• Assists in networking, lead generation, and proposal submissions.
• Develops and implements actions to cross-sell and up-sell accounts.
• Helps create account plans and strategies to win new business.
• Manages customer relationships to gain strategic positioning with decision makers.
• Learns and applies knowledge of new technologies and product applications.
• Provides accurate weekly forecast funnel to meet or exceed quotas.
