Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in sales or account management.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and meeting sales targets.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Pipedrive for pipeline and account tracking.
• Strong written English — our company works in English.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of accounts, managing relationships from initial contact through ongoing retention
• Drive revenue by identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and converting new prospects
• Resolve client issues directly, ensuring problems are fully addressed without escalation where possible
• Maintain accurate records of all account activity, pipeline stages, and client interactions in Salesforce and Pipedrive
• Conduct remote client meetings and product conversations using video conferencing tools
