Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in relevant industries.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Two-Way Radio or critical communications is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals in a territory.
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders in the Virginia Beach territory.
• Serve as trusted advisor by understanding operational challenges and recommending solutions.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement to closing and growth.
• Collaborate across the organization to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
