Job summary

Mobile Communications America (MCA) is seeking an Account Executive - MR in Virginia to support our Voice (MSS) division. You’ll focus on developing new business, strengthening relationships with public safety agencies, and serving as a trusted advisor delivering mission-critical communications solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of sales or public safety experience preferred, OR 5+ years of direct sales or public safety experience.
• Experience in public safety, gained through service or sales in public safety markets.
• Knowledge of Two-Way Radio, Land Mobile Radio, or critical communications is a plus.
• Proven track record of achieving performance goals and driving results.
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate product value.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance; able to pass background, drug screen, and MVR.
