Mobile Communications America (MCA) seeks an Account Executive - MR in Virginia to drive growth in the Voice (MSS) division. You will develop new business, strengthen public safety relationships, and act as a trusted advisor delivering mission-critical communication technology solutions to agencies within your territory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or public safety experience preferred, OR 5+ years of direct sales or public safety experience.
• Ability to build credibility with public safety stakeholders and understand operational challenges.
• Strong communication and collaboration mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with local and state public safety agencies in the assigned territory.
• Serve as trusted advisor; recommend tailored communication technology solutions.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
