Job summary

Mobile Communications America (MCA) seeks an Account Executive - MR in Virginia to grow our Voice (MSS) division by winning new business and building trusted partnerships with local and state public safety agencies.

You will manage the full sales cycle, tailor mission-critical comms solutions, stay ahead of industry trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences while advancing MCA's public safety portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of sales or public safety experience preferred, OR 5+ years of direct sales or public safety experience.
• Proven expertise in public safety, gained either through direct service or sales roles focused on public safety markets.
• Knowledge of Two-Way Radio, Land Mobile Radio, or critical communications is a plus.
• A track record of achieving performance goals and driving measurable results.
• Ability to build credibility with public safety stakeholders and understand operational challenges to recommend effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with local and state public safety agencies throughout the assigned territory.
• Understand operational challenges and recommend tailored communication technology solutions.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through closing and growth.
• Collaborate across the organization to deliver exceptional customer experiences and loyalty.
• Develop and execute territory strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Follow up on leads to maximize engagement and growth.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to position MCA solutions.
• Advance MCA’s position as a trusted partner for public safety agencies.
