Job summary

Mobile Communications America (MCA) seeks an Account Executive - MR to expand our Voice (MSS) division in Virginia. You will develop new business, strengthen public safety relationships, and serve as a trusted advisor delivering mission-critical communication solutions.

You will manage the full sales cycle, collaborate across teams, and drive revenue growth while staying current on industry trends and MCA offerings. This remote Virginia role requires travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years in sales or public safety, or 5+ years direct public safety sales.
• Knowledge of two-way radio or critical communications is a plus.
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with local and state public safety agencies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding challenges and proposing solutions.
• Develop new business while growing existing accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close and beyond.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
