Job summary

Mobile Communications America, Inc. (MCA) is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business in the Shenandoah Valley and Central Virginia regions.

This remote role combines consultative relationship-building with technology-driven solutions in the Voice (MSS) division, focusing on understanding client challenges and delivering tailored wireless communications and security solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead to close, build trusted advisor relationships, and collaborate

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Business-to-Business (B2B) sales experience in relevant markets.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of Two-Way Radio, Land Mobile Radio or critical communications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders in the assigned territory.
• Serving as a trusted advisor by understanding operational challenges and recommending tailored communications solutions.
• Developing new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Managing the full sales cycle from initial engagement through closing and account growth.
• Collaborating across the organization to deliver exceptional customer experiences and loyalty.
