Mobile Communications America, Inc. (MCA) is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and strengthen relationships in the Shenandoah Valley and Central Virginia regions.

This remote, full-time role focuses on Voice (MSS) solutions, delivering tailored communication technology to support customers' operations. You will manage the full sales cycle, develop territory strategies, and collaborate with teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales in industries such as manufacturing, construction, hospitality, utilities, education, or healthcare.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of Two-Way Radio, Land Mobile Radio, or critical communications is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and growing relationships.
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset.
• Valid driver''s license.
• Ability to pass background check and MVR.
