Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking an Account Executive to join the Direct Sales team in a 100% commission-based role with residual income. You will engage local businesses, educate on payment processing savings, and close deals to earn commissions and activation bonuses.

This remote-friendly position offers flexible hours and ongoing training. Ideal candidates have B2B sales experience, especially in merchant services, with a hunter mentality and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Self-sources leads with a hunter mentality and ability to work independently.
• Align with core values and be a good human.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
