Job summary

Xplor Group is seeking an Account Executive for the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This commission-based role offers residual income and flexible schedule, with potential for $100K+ annually for top reps. You’ll educate merchants, close deals, and be supported with training across a remote field team.

Candidates should have B2B outside sales experience, knowledge of merchant services, and a hunter mindset to self-source leads while working in a dynamic, evolving environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling with ability to translate concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads and maintain hunter mentality.
• Align with core values and be a good human.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
