Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals for a 100% commission-based role with residual income. You will visit local businesses or work remotely within your region to offer robust payment processing solutions and educate owners on cost savings.

You'll close deals, earn activation bonuses, and receive monthly commissions with long-term residuals, supported by training and a Presidents Club incentive program. Remote work is allowed within the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Self-sourcing leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
