Job summary

Xplor Pay is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals for its Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based role with residual income and activation bonuses, designed for those who want control over their time and earnings.

You can work fully remote in the United States, targeting local businesses with payment processing solutions. You'll go door-to-door or visit businesses, educate owners on saving money, close deals to earn commissions and activation bonuses, and receive

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities
