Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales is seeking motivated sales professionals for a 100% commission-based role. You’ll personally visit businesses or work remotely to present payment processing solutions, close deals, and earn activation bonuses along with ongoing monthly commissions and residual income.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
