Xplor Group is seeking self-driven sales professionals to join our Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based role offering residual income and flexible scheduling, with the autonomy to manage your time and income.

You will educate business owners on payment processing, close deals, and build a portfolio while benefiting from weekly activation bonuses and monthly residuals. Remote work available across the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling with ability to translate concepts into business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
