Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales seeks motivated, self-driven sales professionals for a 100% commission-based role. You will remotely engage local businesses, educate them on payment processing, and close deals to earn activation bonuses and ongoing commissions.

You control your schedule and income with a strong support system and training. Top performers can exceed six figures annually through residuals and activations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
• Must align with company values and be a good human.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
