Xplor Technologies powers the experiences at the heart of everyday life. We are seeking an Account Executive for the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team, a 100% commission-based role allowing you to control your income and schedule.

You’ll visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions and help them save on transactions. You’ll gain activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals while receiving training and support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver's license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
