Job summary

Xplor is seeking motivated sales professionals for its Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the United States. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income and control over your time and income.

You will visit local businesses, present payment processing solutions, and educate owners on savings while closing deals to earn activation bonuses and ongoing commissions. This remote role requires US work rights and a self-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
